Watermelon Pizza
Ingredients
½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
6 Watermelon wedges (about 1 inch thick), cut from the
center of the melon
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon torn fresh mint leaves
Directions
1. Combine yogurt and vanilla in a small bowl.
2. Spread 1/4 cup yogurt mixture over each slice of watermelon. Cut each slice into 6 wedges. Top with raspberry, blueberries, and mint.
