November 2, National Deviled Egg Day - Recipes

The traditional deviled eggs are hard-boiled, shelled, cut in half and the egg yolk removed. The yolk is mixed with other ingredients, such as mayonnaise and mustard, and placed in the hard-boiled egg white. Deviled eggs are customarily served cold as a side dish, appetizer or a main course.
